AIE and Sealer Sales Automatic & Semi Automatic bag sealers are used for the rapid sealing of plastic bags. The heat sealing unit closes automatically at a rate set by the operator. This provides greater efficiency by allowing quicker operation with the user having both hands free to handle product. This type of bag sealer is an impulse sealer. The bag should be 2 inches smaller than the width of the sealer. These will seal bags up to 6mil in thickness. For higher production, a continuous band sealer is a better choice.
