Case Coder

Need to mark products and cartons? If your message or codes only changes a few times a day, roller coders are a fraction of the cost of ink jet systems, simple to setup and easy to maintain. Roller coders mount on the side of case sealers or moving conveyors and use Ribtype letters and numbers. If your volume is low or need a portable system, we also carry hand coders for on the go marking. Several sizes available depending upon the amount of information and the size of your carton.

There are two types of surfaces we print on:

Porous - Surfaces where the ink is absorbed into the surface of the item being printed. Paper, cardboard, and wood are types of surfaces.
Non-Porous - Surfaces where the ink cannot be absorbed and dries on top of the item being printed. Glass, metal and plastics are types of surfaces.

There are two types of printing:

Non-Indexing or Random - The printer will randomly start where it left off and repeat the message multiple of times until it leaves the surface being printing on.
Indexing or Anti-Repeat - The printer will print once and reset after each print. Placement of print is consistent on each item printed on.
