The portable, efficient Tie-Matic increases productivity while eliminating employee complaints and fatigue. Work five times faster than tedious hand tying. The HD78 handles up to 7/8" in width, and are found in many companies where wires are bundled or hanked, or larger bags that need to be sealed. Hand tying or using rubber bands takes up to five times longer. The new Heavy Duty series is capable of speeds up to 60 ties per minute.
Updated November 2022: The new HD+ Motor and gears are 4x longer lasting than previous generations of Tie-Matic® motors. During the rigorous testing phase of the new HD+ motor, gears (main and pinion) in the new HD+ Tie-Matic® had a 50% increase of cycle endurance compared to gears used with the previous generation motor. The case has been updated as well with a counter for easy to read counts, a removable power cord for easy transport and storage and a new easy to read on and off toggle switch.
